Vetta antimagnetique chronograph

This Vetta antimagnetique chronograph, manufactured approx. in the late 1930s was overhauled recently and is perfectly running in all functions.

The oversized case with 38 mm is unusual large for a watch of this period. The white dial has Bauhaus elements like the roman numerals and reflecting square indices and is particularly clean. We think that it was possibly already by professionals or the manufacturer itself restored back in the days.

The blued steel hands of the two register chronograph are powered by a manual wind Valjoux 23 movement with Vetta signed bridge.

This kind of case with screwed lugs is rare. It has sharp edges is probably unpolished, the back case is signed too.

All parts are original and in superb condition what makes this piece a top quality watch.

It comes on a fitting glossy strap, hand crafted in Paris.
